Shipping Policy.
Roasted Monday. Shipped Tuesday. In your cup by Friday.
We roast Mondays and ship Tuesdays. Most orders arrive within 2-4 working days across Peninsular Malaysia.
Coverage and cost
Peninsular Malaysia, RM 12 standard shipping. Free shipping on orders over RM 80. Members (Brewer tier and above) get free shipping on all orders. East Malaysia, RM 25 to RM 45 depending on weight, delivery 5-8 working days. International, quoted per order.
Carriers
We ship via EasyParcel network (Pos Laju, City-Link, J&T, Ninja Van) for Peninsular Malaysia. DHL eCommerce for East Malaysia and international.
Cut-off times
Orders placed before 10am Monday will roast that week and ship Tuesday. Orders after 10am Monday ship the following Tuesday. We do not ship over public holidays.
